Executive Search Consulting, Skopje and the Cotrugli Business Academy, Zagreb, held one-day conference, dedicated to the "Management of Human Capital in the Coming Knowledge Society". The conference was held at the Alexander Palace Hotel hall on September 28th, 2007.

The conference was the first event of its kind for Macedonia, aiming at introducing the picture of the global transformation in progress, the post-industrial understanding of the developing knowledge economy and the role of human resources in line with the Lisbon strategy of the European Union.

Our challenge was to attract Macedonian companies which are either making their first steps in knowledge management, or have already designed their internal systems of knowledge management and are open to share their knowledge with customers to theirs and the communities' benefit.

At the conference we were honored by the addressing of Mr. Vele Samak, Minister for Foreign Investments of RM and Mr. Erwan Fouere, Ambassador, EU Special Representative and Head of Delegation. We are pleased to announce that two talented facilitators - Marc Luyckx Ghisi and Verna Allee took a part in the conference as keynote speakers.
