Customer Development Specialist for Bulgaria, Albania and Montenegro
Our client, Colgate-Palmolive is a global company serving people in over 200 countries and territories with consumer products that make their lives healthier and more enjoyable. Colgate manufactures and markets oral care, personal care, home care and pet nutrition products under such internationally recognized brand names. For their office in Skopje, we are looking for Customer Development Specialist for Bulgaria, Albania and Montenegro.
(Based in Skopje, temporary replacement)
Purpose of the job position
The Customer Development Specialist is responsible for administrative support to CDTL and other CD team members. The main areas of expected support are: sales analysis, administration of databases and files connected with ongoing business planning processes, such as: sales analyses, 5P tracking, EDI data reports etc. The CD Specialist is also responsible for coordinating and organizing shopper activations and supportive materials like displays, POP, in store & online promotions and similar activities.
Key responsibilities:
5P Definition and Deployment
- Monitoring and controlling execution of promotions
- Monitoring listings and shipments of new products and promotions
- Conducting regular store checks both on the field/on-line, and preparing related store check reports
Commercial and Business Planning Process
- Support for CDTL in preparation for Atlas and other Business reviews
- Support for CDMs in preparation for KAM review, ROI day
Business Development
- Administrative support in financial aspects of cooperation with customers (invoices, corrections, Credit Notes)
- Preparing sales reports for multiple markets
- Use scanned data & distributor Sell Out data in order to drive fact-based decision-making, improve promotional ROI and overall business performance for CP and the customer
- New Product Tracking Tool planning and plans execution for the selected area of responsibility
Requirements:
- College or University degree
- Min 3 years of experience in customer development/sales/sales analysis/administration/financial analysis or similar field
- Proficient in English language (both written and verbal)
- MS Office and/or Google tools
- Effective communication and execution
- Analytical and detailed approach to work, Business Analytics
- Teamwork and collaboration
