About the job

The Product Support Representative (PSR) is responsible for establishing customer relationships, assisting customers in equipment management, selling parts and services which meet customer needs, and increasing the relevant company level of market share for the territory of North Macedonia.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Define customer needs
  • Recognize a sales opportunity, sell parts and services as per received plan
  • Find new markets, customers and applications within territory
  • Manage customer equipment
  • Resolve problems and complaints
  • Complete machine inspection and document potential needs and problems
  • Present findings and preliminary recommendations to customer
  • Prepare a quote (service and/or parts) and follow up
  • Promote, sell and follow-up on Customer Service Agreement (CSA)
  • Develop good knowledge of competitive products and suppliers, provide data on competitive products/activity
  • Provide information for forecast

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of earthmoving machines, technology, and industry. Being a good service technician even if not coming from earthmoving business is an advantage
  • Capable of inspecting parts for wear
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Can present and sell ideas
  • Can build relationship with customers
  • Selling skills or commercial affinity
  • Basic business skills
  • Fluent English, computer literacy, valid driving license
  • He/she can test machines while operating and determining if it is working properly or not – will be plus
  • Willingness to work in the field could mean being exposed to dirt, dust, fumes and loud noises
  • Coping with the customer needs & requests, as requested by the customer (irrelevant of time, place, etc.)
