As a non-governmental social development organization, SOS Children’s Villages International helps children without parental care and families in difficult living conditions through services in care, education, health and emergency relief, and advocacy for children’s rights

Mission of the position:

Salesforce BA is responsible to ensure professional implementation and flawless operation of the Salesforce based CRM application used for fundraising in Salesforce Business Analyst CEE/CIS/ME Region. Is be responsible for the analysis, planning and monitoring the implementation, acceptance, documentation, release management and user-support. Also is in charge of new features of the CRM and training for end users in any Member Association as well as the integration projects between Salesforce and defined other applications used by the MAs.

Key performance areas and main responsibilities

  • Configure Salesforce Application at regional level and adjust to MA needs
  • Facilitate user requirements workshops and understand business processes within the function
  • Coordinate/monitor the development, modification or integration of functionalities with the LAAM DDC and outsourcing partners
  • Change management of the system
  • Coordinate the acceptance (verification and validation) of the system
  • Document requirements and processes according to ALM standards
  • Propose the implementation of new tools for process improvement
  • Organize synchronization of external systems with the Salesforce platform
  • Keep the documentation of the project up to date.
  • Provide software user manuals and user trainings
  • Coordination of rollout and data migration
  • Works according to the Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
  • Encourage innovation and point out technological opportunities
  • Ensure adequate “marketing” of the system
  • Building up 1st level user support in the MA
  • Giving 2nd level support to MA
  • Connects with other NGOs and Business sector I order to extend collaboration and embrace opportunities in the field of work

 Requirements

  • University degree
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience as BA
  • Outspoken track-record and experience with CRM-systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Strong in communication and co-ordination skills and able to handle diverse virtual teams
  • Prepared to work from noon to late afternoon
  • International work experience with inter-cultural teams
  • Excellent English (in written and spoken)
  • Understanding of additional tools of CRM
