is looking for a qualified and motivated professional for the position:

System Analyst

Location: Skopje/ North Macedonia,

SOS Children’s Villages International https://www.sos-childrensvillages.org/ is the umbrella organization for over 130 SOS Children’s Villages associations worldwide. As a non-governmental social development organization, SOS Children’s Villages International helps children without parental care and families in difficult living conditions through services in care, education, health and emergency relief, and advocacy for children’s rights.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Accompanying the complete software application lifecycle (specification, development and test)
• Develop and articulate detailed functional software specifications based on documented business requirements
• Manage requirement backlog and cooperate with software developers
• Create and execute software test plans
• Develop and maintain technical software documentation
• Assist in the continuous improvement of software in dialog with IT project managers, business analysts, software support and key account partners

Requirements

• Degree in Information Systems/IT/Administration with IT focus or Business Analysis certification
• Previous experiences in Requirements Engineering and/or Application Lifecycle Management would be advantageous
• Proven track record in software development projects would be advantageous
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to structure and explain technical content comprehensively
• Excellent command of English
• Experience with SQL and data visualization tools would be advantageous
