Our client, Castrol is a worldwide leader in high performance lubricants for the automotive, industrial, marine and aerospace industries. Castrol manufactures products on a global basis, supplying customers in over 150 countries around the world. For their needs, we are looking for a motivated and qualified candidate for the position Castrol Brand Promoter for Automotive Lubricants for the region N. Macedonia and Kosovo.

Duties:

  • Activities with Castrol Branded Workshops 
  • Follow the right implementations of the agreed activities
  • Keep records and report on weekly base the outcomes from the implementation of the activities
  • Collect proposals for prospect that should be evaluated for implementation
  • Summarize and prepare final report together with the SAPDs about the efficiency and effectiveness of each Castrol Branded Workshop
  • Working closely with the SAPDs sales teams / branches for better understanding the needs they have related to Castrol Branded Workshops 
  • Castrol Info Team
  • Delivering presentation about Castrol and the product brands
  • Collecting information in agreed format
  • Follow up the competitors’ activities on the market
  • Collecting prices on the market (competitors)
  • Presenting promotions and collecting information regarding the effectiveness and efficiency of them

Requirements:

  • Previous experience – experience in sales and / or merchandizing position
  • PC literacy – MS Office – Word, Excel & Power Point
  • University degree is an advantage
  • Fluent in English language /oral and written
  • A clear driving license is required
  • Communication and negotiating skills
  • Industry and sector understanding and indirect selling skills
  • Customer Relationship Building and customer insights
  • Organizational skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Skills for team work and independent solving of problems
