Gorenje GA DOOEL Skopje, as a member of Gorenje Group is looking for qualified and motivated candidate at the position of CHIEF FINANCE OFFICER.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the implementation and compliance with all relevant legal regulation in the field of finance, accounting and controlling (Tax, IFRS IAS etc)
  • Ensuring the implementation and compliance with internal procedures and policies
  • Strategy and policies setup and management (exiting and new procedures)
  • Sales policy control and management / bonuses policy
  • Ensuring adequate workflows and improvement of processes in SBU in finance, accounting and controlling area, as well as with other departments (HR, Sales, Aftersales)
  • Supporting management with decision-making; local projects and decisions
  • CAPEX management
  • Local / external statutory, statistics and other reporting (monthly, quarterly, yearly, etc.)
  • Tax related tasks
  • Control of postings and other transactions, and overall relations with Shared Service Center
  • Relevant SBUs accounting processes – accruals, deferrals, month end calculations and similar
  • Annual budgeting process & budget correction during year
  • 3-month estimation / other forecasting
  • Financial analysis for different purposes and decision support
  • Sales bonuses accruals and issuance control
  • Cost control, GAP analysis
  • TP related issues, calculations, reporting

Requirements:

  • University Degree in the field of Economics
  • License for certified accountant
  • At least 5-7 years of relevant work experience in finance and accounting
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, knowledge of SAP is a strong asset
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of Serbian is an asset
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, teamwork ability
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, attention to details
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and flexibility in terms of working hours
