GENERAL MANAGER
Our client, ODM Collections is highly specialized in receivables management and purchasing. Founded in 2013, the company is the fastest-growing business in the receivables management sector. Having identified opportunities for expansion, they have been extending their business to cover the entire Western Balkans market whilst always taking into account local distinctions, clients’ needs, and legal regulations.
For expansion of their office in Skopje, we are looking for motivated and qualified candidate for GENERAL MANAGER.
Purpose of the job position
The General Manager will represent the Company and conduct the affairs of the Company in accordance with the law and the founding act, implement the decisions of the shareholders, all other tasks determined by the law, the founding act or the decisions of the shareholders of the Company, related to the representation of the Company and the tasks of regular day-to-day management of the Company.
Key responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management of the Company
- Representation of the Company
- Obtaining new clients, profits accumulation
- Team and job enlargement and implementation of the standardized corporate processes
- Positive balance sheets
- Customers’ satisfaction and appropriate revenue generation
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree
- 5 years in similar role
- GM in Financial institution is desired
- Fluent in English, Serbian, also preferably Albanian
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
- Driving license
- Experience in managing and synchronizing long and short-term goals with the resources available
- Ability to find better, smarter ideas in order to activate all available resources and constant empowerment of organizational structure
- Excellent communication skills
- Patience and positive attitude
- Quick thinker and time effective delegation
