Our client Epiroc (https://www.epiroc.com/) is looking for a qualified and motivated candidate for the position HR PROFESSIONAL (Location Makedonska Kamenica)

With cutting-edge technology, they develop and produce innovative drill rigs, rock excavation and construction tools.

Mission

  • To set up efficient HR processes and HR administration processes to support Epiroc business
  • To guide and support line managers in utilizing People Management process and tools   
  • To support HR Manager Epiroc CE make sure that follow up tools for measuring People Management process are in place and well-functioning
  • To ensure HR administration agenda is done on the highly organized level and in compliance with N. Macedonia labour legislation

Responsibilities and objectives:  

Legal compliance

  • Observe labor law changes and inform management about them
  • Set up Employee Handbook (local labor regulation) for the legal unit, update it in line with the labor law changes
  • Set up genera local HR procedures in IMS including renewal when they expire
  • Upgrade labor contract template and other standard documents in line with the labor legislation
  • Set up and keep updated benefit list
  • Be responsible for labor law advises including storing the relevant questions and answers documents for future use

Recruitment

  • Provide the professional frame for recruitment process from support of approval process up to professional rejection of non-successful candidates
  • Co-ordinate and participate in the recruitment process based on the valid recruitment policy
  • Manage the whole process in the HR link system
  • Brief recruitment agencies, publish good quality advertisements internally/externally
  • Screen applications, make pre/selection and conduct 1. Interviews
  • Coordinate the internal offer approval process

HR administration and data management

  • Administrate the salary review process
  • Prepare payroll data for external payroll processing
  • Coordination of Tax payer declaration process on an annual basis
  • Set up and maintain the employee data in the HR Link and other relevant internal systems including absence management system
  • Set up an employee file check list and organize and maintain paper and electronic employee’s files

Reporting

  • Complete People management report on monthly and quarterly basis and submit to operational management for verification
  • Submit People management report to BW, control the data
  • Provide people related reports to the managers    

Compensation and benefits

  • Help HR Manager Epiroc CE to administrate the salary process, advice managers with the salary offers
  • Provide data to salary surveys, gather information from the job market

Training coordination 

  • Coordinate training planning and organization, Performance & Development Review training, professional training, HR training etc.
  • Conduct training reporting using My learning

Employer branding

  • Support Epiroc participation at student job fairs
  • Close cooperation on Employer Branding with Communication Coordinator
  • Support My Voice preparation, actions plan creations and follow-up     

Induction of new employee

  • Coordinate the professional induction to all employees, organization of newcomer workshops
  • Health checks organization

HR Consulting & people development

  • Support managers in competence development of their employees
  • Be speaking partner for line managers and employees in terms of employee questions, conflict handling and other operational matters

HR projects assigned

  • Participate in/lead various projects and implementations

Experience requirements

  • University / secondary education in economics, personnel management
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR area, experience in HR Generalist work and HR payroll & administration
  • Advanced English in both writing and speaking, fluent Macedonian language
  • Advanced knowledge Windows of office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of N. Macedonia labor law
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Good priority setting and planning skills, well organized and enjoy HR administration
  • Customer oriented approach, ability to create trustworthy and fair relations
  • Ability to work independent, like to take responsibility and have a high level of self-motivation and commitment
  • As you will work close with the management team, discretion is a must.

Offer:

  • Competitive salary – the actual salary depends on qualifications and professional experience
  • Full-time employment, fixed-term contract on 12 months
  • Hybrid position, from Monday till Friday, 3 days on-site, 2 days remote
