SALES CONSULTANT
Our client, Alumil is the largest privately-owned aluminum extrusion group in South-East Europe, in terms of production, distribution network and range of aluminum profile systems. It is among the top suppliers of branded aluminum systems for architectural use in Europe. Alumil is looking for a new member in their Sales Team in Skopje, at the position Sales Consultant.
MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the accurate implementation of the company’s commercial and credit policies, the accomplishment of the receipts and the achievement of the targets within the region’s clientele.
- Implements the approved action plans to further develop the customer’s volume and profitability in his/her area of responsibility, profiles and accessories.
- Develops contacts and long-term relationships with existing and potential partners aiming the promotion and establishment of the company’s brand and reputation in the market.
- Runs visits on a daily basis, to the company’s partners, advising them on technical and commercial issue and works constantly on enhancing their expertise.
- His/her task is for the company’s partners to prosper, while staying aligned with Alumil’s goals and Brand image.
- Responsible for the holistic knowledge of the dealers’ network potential as well as the attraction towards the products that remain the company’s focus.
- Responsible for implementing marketing actions based on the marketing plan (e.g. partners exhibitions, shop signposts) in his/her area of responsibility
- Receives market’s and competition’s messages for both profiles and accessories, which he/she evaluates, assesses and escalates to the group.
- Evaluates customer requests for returns and responsible for the next steps
- Budget planning and proposals for his/her area of responsibility customers. He/ She participates in the formulation of the company’s Marketing Plan
- Researches and analyzes market shares within his/ her areas of responsibility. He/ She makes proposals to increase the company’s market share.
- Constant CRM update
- Works closely with company’s partners (dealers and fabricators) aiming to continually improve them. He/ She advises them and consults them on how they could do more
- Responsible in collaboration with the engineers for the briefing and support of the engineering companies regarding the company’s products and solutions in his/her area of responsibility.
- Responsible in cooperation with the project engineers, for monitoring projects that emerge in his/her area of responsibility.
- Upgrades the collaboration level with existing customers, promoting new higher valued products / company systems.
- Always moving towards preventing and resolving problems within the Group’s policies and procedures.
- Supports and proposes technical solutions at the primary level to the partners in his/her area of responsibility.
- Informs the Group’s subsidiaries about project opportunities and brings them in touch with the appropriate stakeholders for approaching and promoting all the products of the group’s companies (cross selling).
- Responsible for tracking customers’ shipments on behalf of the company
- Responsible for actions coordination for organizing corporate events in his/her area of responsibilities (presentations / road shows).
- Promotes system computing
- Compliance with CE fabricators supply / renewal processes
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / KNOWLEDGE
- High School / College Diploma
- Previous B2B sales experience, previous work experience in a similar position to an industry’s company is an advantage
