Programme IT Systems System Analyst (f/m)
Our Client SOS Children’s Villages International – Branch office Skopje is looking for a qualified and motivated IT professional for the position Programme IT Systems System Analyst. Location: Skopje.
SOS Children’s Villages International https://www.sos-childrensvillages.org/ is the umbrella organization for over 130 SOS Children’s Villages associations worldwide. As a non-governmental social development organization, SOS Children’s Villages International helps children without parental care and families in difficult living conditions through services in care, education, health and emergency relief, and advocacy for children’s rights.
Purpose of the position
The Programme IT systems team provides systems for programme staff and aggregates data for reporting on all levels of the Federation to inform evidence-based decision-making. These systems include PDB2 for case management, ProDIGI for programme and project management, and the Programme Compass App for combined Power BI reporting.
As a system analyst, the tasks are to develop, maintain, and update the systems. During development, the system analyst will be involved in solution design, minor configuration, testing, and quality assurance. During maintenance the SA will verify the system interfaces, update and maintain technical user guides, and act as a second level user support.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and update IT systems
- Design and propose solutions based on stakeholder analysis
- Use “form builder” in PDB2
- Configuration Salesforce org
- Develop and complete unit, functional, and integration testing
- Run automated testing
- Focal point for quality assurance in systems
- Coordinate and implement translations in IT systems
Support Implementation of systems through shared service center
- Act as 2nd level user support in service desk
- Create, update, and maintain user manuals and training materials
- Support software support engineer if required in all his/her tasks
Provision of Compass reports and descriptive statistics from PDB2 / ProDIGI, future SIMS
- Create reports in Power BI, Salesforce or other tool (e.g. SQL) and support sharing of descriptive programme statistics
Ensure integration with other systems
- Develop and carry out integration testing
- Support business analyst in managing interfaces to other systems
Requirements
- University degree in Information systems/IT/Administration with IT focus
- At least 2 years of experience in Customer Support and ticketing systems,
- Experience in Requirements Engineering and/or Application Lifecycle Management
- Proven track record in software development projects
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to structure and explain technical content comprehensively
- Fluent in English, knowledge in French, Spanish, Russian is an asset
- Experience in Salesforce administration is desirable
