Our client TCL – a global brand experiencing rapid growth – is seeking a talented and highly motivated junior sales professional for the position:

Merchandiser / Sales Support

(based in North Macedonia, with regional coverage across North Macedonia, Albania, and Kosovo)

Core Responsibilities

  • Market Visit: Visit Key Retailers stores like Neptun (NMK/KOS/ALB) & SETEC
  • Product Display: Create eye-catching in-store layouts, window displays, and point-of-sale promotions to attract customers and encourage purchases. Display also POP Material
  • Store Display Reporting: Via TCL APP monitor and report all TV product Displays
  • Inventory Management: Track stock levels, proceeding with Pallet Promotions
  • Vendor Collaboration: Build and maintain relationships with all store managers and shopfront to ensure timely delivery and favorable terms
  • Sales Support: Support sales team with administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Junior profile and enthusiastic sales talent with potential for further career development and professional growth
  • 1–3 years of experience in merchandising, sales support, or retail field roles would be preferred
  • Professional background: Exposure to Consumer Electronics or Food Industry (entry-level/junior experience)
  • Educational background: University degree
  • Good understanding of retail environment and product presentation
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel across the assigned countries
  • Basic reporting and Excel skills
  • Languages: English and Macedonian language are mandatory and Albanian language is strongly preferred
  • Proactive attitude and ability to support sales activities on the ground
  • Driving license, active driver
